SmartStart for Kids staff travelled to Amoonguna in early May for the official launch of the fitness track/obstacle course for the kids of Amoonguna Primary School.  A family fun day was held to open the track with a fantastic turn out with kids, mums and dads all running laps of the track.  Prizes were awarded to everyone who came along on the day and SmartStart would like to thank everyone at the school and Get Physical for their contributions.

Through the I-CAN program, the kids have been learning all about physical activity and their results in the past 6 months have improved greatly.  The track  will remain in the community when the program has finished to provide a sustainable way for the children to continue to be active.
