Fruit Smoothie

Fruit smoothies are a great way to get both fruit and calcium into your diet - and they taste delicious!

Ingredients (serves 3):

  • 250g of strawberries with tops taken off
  • 1 banana, peeled and halved
  • 200g reduced fat berry yoghurt
  • 1 1/2 cups reduced fat milk

Method:

  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth
  2. Pour into a glass and serve
  3. NOTE  – this recipe can be followed with any fruits you like!
