All of our SmartStart Health and Fitness Leaders are qualified in an area of health/sport/fitness. Each staff member undergoes specialist training in the SmartStart program and protocols and also in working with children with an Autism Spectrum Disorder. Each staff member also has a current First Aid certificate and a working with children check.
